About
The Madagascar Institute is an art combine in Brooklyn that specializes in large-scale sculptures and rides, live performances, and guerilla art events.
We have an open membership workshop, with monthly and yearly subscriptions. For those of you who want to learn to be ArtStars, or just smell like one, and can not or will not just plunge in and show up and suffer abuse and work, we have classes. To find out about classes, check the current schedule or email the Deans of Madagascar Institute at classes@madagascarinstitute.com.
Directions
Madagascar Institute is located at 217 Butler Street, between Nevins and Bond in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Take the F/G trains to Bergen Street or the N/R/etc to Atlantic/Pacific station.
