We decided to do a Halloween parade in the West Village this year. Just kind of an off the cuff thing. Nobody did much work on it or anything and we’re not sure anyone will show up, but we’re gonna head down there in the evening and “parade” around a bit. Prolly there will be some people with their pants off and other ridiculous things going on. It’s the Village after all.
